1. By not making childrens’ ministry a priority.
2. By not recruiting and using qualified people.
3. By not reproducing ourselves in those that work alongside of us.
4. By not having a clear and stated purpose.
5. By emphasizing the peripherals over the pertinent.
6. By not striving to have a biblical philosophy.
